1. Please download the Learner Registration Application Form (click the link below) and send to us by email. All instructions are given in the Form.

Instructions for Delegate Registration Application

Please read these instructions carefully before you click the Payment Gateway to buy ticket and fill in the Application Form there.

1. When you click the Application Form link, you will be redirected to a Payment Gateway website of Mera Events (please do not get confused).
2. You will select “1” ticket for one participant. There is no group participation system. Proceed further to fill in the Application Form.
3. The Application Form will require your name, designation, affiliation, full postal address, correct email ID, WhatsApp/Viber number.
4. In the Application Form, there is mandatory ABSTRACT part in which you will fill the “Title” of your paper or presentation (to be done during the Summer Field School program). You will also need to earmark the Technical Session for which you will be selecting for your presentation. Read list of sessions on the link https://www.grassrootsglobal.net/mer2020/program-plan.html It is advised that you prepare the Abstract in advance in the MS Word document and, if needed, just attach the document file.
5. As a Delegate Participant, you are required to pay online USD 19 as Registration Fee. You will be given a slot in chosen Technical Session to speak or present your paper. In case the Payment Gateway does not accept your Debit Card, please try using Credit Card. Because the Payment Gateway is Indian, it accepts fee in Indian currency too. Applicants from India can opt INR 1390 while paying online.
6. On your email, you will receive a Ticket immediately after successful payment of the fee. With the ticket, you may correspond with us at: fsc@grassrootsglobal.net
